For subscriptions, your first box will always ship out the week you place your order. We send boxes via Royal Mail Tracked 48 who aim to deliver the majority of items within 2 working days. If you need it sooner choose Tracked 24 which they aim to deliver the next working day for orders placed by 2.30pm.

Your next box will arrive two months later, for example, if you were to order your first box in June, your next box would be shipped in the second week of August.

All other boxes are processed using Royal Mail Tracked 48 who aim to deliver within the next 2 working days. If you need yours sooner, please select the Tracked 24 shipping option instead which Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day for all orders made by 2.30pm.

We currently ship to the UK and US. If you have a special shipping request for elsewhere, please to drop us a line and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Billing & Payment


With a prepaid payment you pay for all the boxes you’d like to receive as part of your subscription upfront. You can prepay for 3 or 6 boxes at a time. 

If you choose pre-paid as a gift, your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of your subscription period.

If you choose a rebillable prepaid subscription, your subscription WILL auto-renew at the end of your subscription period (billed on the 1st of the month the next box is launched) unless opt-out via your account. 


With a recurring charge, your bank account / card will be charged in the month which you’ll be receiving a new box. 

If you sign up to our ‘Every-Other-Monther’ subscription, you will be charged for your first box at the time of purchase. Following payments will then be taken on the 1st of the month every other month.

Recurring payments will be on-going until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Simple. Log into your account HERE and make any changes you need including billing details and shipping address. 


Oh no! This doesn’t happen often but we understand it’s very disappointing if it does. Please get in touch so we can look into it and issue you a return.

You can cancel your first order and receive a refund at any time before your order is delivered and up to fourteen days afterwards (cooling off period), beginning on the day after you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with the Oh Mumma refunds policy (see t's and c's).
