Carbon Block Replacement Filter for Whole House Water Filtration Systems

AF-1500 - Carbon Block Cartridge is a replacement cartridge for the last stage (2nd in 2-Stage & 3rd in 3-Stage) in Anchor AF-6001 & AF-6002 Whole House Water Filtration Systems. It also fits any system that has 4.25 in. x 20 in. standard-sized housing. This 20 in.x 4.5 in. 5-micron solid carbon block filter cartridge absorbs heavy chlorine and its byproducts such as THM, and TCE. The carbon briquette filters out organic matter from water without release of carbon fines. Unique pore structure of this carbon is well suited for chemicals absorption, including SOCs such as pesticides and dioxins, and VOCs such as chloroform and petrochemicals. The filter cartridge is easy to install and should be replaced about every 3 months for consistent clean and refreshing water.
