How much do Oh Mumma boxes cost?

  • Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions will be billed each month on the 11th until you decide to cancel your subscription. You will be charged at the time of signing up for your first box. We then bill on the 11th of the month for each month's box. If you sign up to a monthly subscription towards the end of the month, you will be charged at the time of purchase for the current month's box and then again on the 11th for the following month's box. 

  • 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscriptions

3, 6 and 12 month Rebillable Subscriptions will be billed in full for the chosen number of months for your subscription at the time of your initial order. You will not see another charge until all boxes on your subscription have been shipped. After your selected duration, if you do not opt out of the renewal you will be renewed for another 3, 6 or 12 months on the 1st of the following month. Gift prepaid 3/6/12 month prepaid subscriptions will not auto-renew.

Can I send a Oh Mumma subscription box as a gift?

Yes absolutely! Simply input their beauty profile on the product page and add their delivery details to the order. Our mum beauty and lifestyle boxes can be tailored for 'Just For Mum' or 'Mum and Baby' and can be sent as one-off gifts or if you chose a subscription option which will be billed in full. 

How do I cancel my month to month subscription?

Super simple just log in to your account HERE with your email address and let us know you're going (hopefully not forever!)

What size are the products?

Inside each box is mostly full size products with a few trail size. Each month the mix will vary but we will always do our best to pack as much value as possible inside. 

How often will I receive a box?

Your first box will always ship out the week you process your order. There is a limited number of boxes for each month so if we have sold out you will be notified and your first box will be sent when the new box is released on the 2nd week of the following month. 

Products were damaged?

We will always issue a return for any items that arrive damaged. Just get in touch HERE.

How do I update my billing or shipping address?
